Questions about getting in touch

How do I book a consultation with TruPoint Legal?
You can book a free consultation online any time through our scheduling page, or simply call (408) 766-3532 during office hours and we’ll find a time that works. There’s no charge to talk through your situation and get a flat-fee quote.
What are your office hours?
The office is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturday appointments and mobile visits are available by request, and we’re closed on Sundays. If you reach us after hours, leave a message or send an email and we’ll get back to you the next business day.
Where is TruPoint Legal located?
We’re at 434 Blossom Hill Road in San Jose, CA 95123, serving families and businesses across Silicon Valley. You can get driving directions here.
Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
You’re welcome to stop by during weekday office hours, but calling or booking ahead is the surest way to be seen right away, since we may be with another client or out for a mobile signing. A quick call lets us set aside the time you need.
What languages do you serve clients in?
We work with clients directly in English and Vietnamese, and Spanish is available through an on-staff partner. If you’re more comfortable handling your documents in one of these languages, just let us know when you reach out.
How quickly will you respond if I call or email?
Calls during office hours are usually answered in person. Voicemails and emails are typically returned the same business day, or first thing the next morning if you reach us in the evening or over the weekend.
Can you help me remotely, or do I need to come to the office?
Many documents can be started by phone or email, with signing handled in the office, by mobile appointment, or remotely where the document allows it. Tell us what you need and we’ll point you to the simplest path — including same-day deed e-recording across all 58 California counties.
What should I have ready when I reach out?
It helps to know the basics of what you’re trying to accomplish — for example, the property address for a deed, or who’s involved for a trust or probate matter. Don’t worry if you’re not sure; that’s exactly what the free consultation is for, and we’ll tell you the flat fee before any work begins.
