Coverage by state

Property title search by state, in all 50 states

A nationwide property title search works the same way in every state. You choose the state and county where the property sits, pick the report, and the county’s recorded property records are searched online. There is no local office to contact and no courthouse trip, so you can run a title search in all 50 states from one order form, whether you hold one out-of-state property or a portfolio across several markets.

Every report is an uninsured title search: a compilation of what is recorded and indexed for that property, delivered as a PDF. It shows who owns the property, how title is held, and what is recorded against it. It is not title insurance and not a preliminary title report.

What about Louisiana parishes and Alaska boroughs?

They work the same way. Select the parish, borough, or independent city from the county list on the order form, or choose Other county and type it in.

Is a nationwide title search the same as title insurance?
