— How it works

A clear path from start to recorded deed

No mystery, no runaround. Here is exactly what happens — from the moment you reach out to the day your recorded deed lands back in your hands.

Seven simple steps

Most of the work is on us. Here is your part, and ours, at every stage.

1

Start your case

Schedule a free consultation, or go straight to the intake form and tell us the document you need prepared. You identify the document; we prepare it.

2

We review your intake

Once we receive your information, we review it carefully. If anything is missing or we have a question, we reach out to you directly before moving forward.

3

You receive your contract

We send you a written contract with a clear scope of work, so you know exactly what we will prepare and what it costs — no surprises.

4

Payment, and work begins

We send a secure payment link. As soon as your payment is received, we begin preparing your document.

5

We prepare and send your deed

We send your completed deed to you the same day or the next business day after payment, along with clear instructions for notarization to take to a notary.

6

You sign and notarize

Once you have signed the deed in front of a notary, simply scan it back to us so we can submit it for recording.

7

We record and send your copy

We submit the deed to the county for recording. Once it is recorded, we send you the recorded copy for your records.

About the county timeline: After recording, the county typically takes around 30 days for the deed to appear in public records. That timeline is set by the county — it can be shorter or longer — and is outside our control. Your recorded copy is your proof the deed is done, whether or not it has appeared in the public index yet.
